Ingredients
Sweet
- 1 (12 oz) can of chickpeas, drained
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- Sugar (or sweetener)
- Pinch of Salt
Salty
- 1 (12 oz) can of chickpeas, drained
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic Salt
Spicy
- 1 (12 oz) can of chickpeas, drained
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, and desired seasonings (sugar, salt, garlic salt, and/or cayenne pepper). Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet, leaving a little space between each, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Bake until browned and crunchy.
