Ingredients- Serves 4
Panko-Crusted Shrimp
¾ c. Milk (or almond milk)
1 egg
½ tsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp. Garlic
Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
24 uncooked shrimp
Breadcrumbs
Panko Breadcrumbs
Olive Oil

Mix milk, egg, chili powder, garlic salt, and pepper
in a bowl

Cover shrimp in breadcrumbs, dip into the liquid
mixture, and then cover shrimp in panko breadcrumbs

Cover saucepan surface with a thick layer of
olive oil

Cook shrimp on one side until golden brown, flip
and cook the other side the same
Parmesan Garlic Orzo
2 cups of orzo
4 tbsp. of butter
4 tsp. of Parmesan cheese
Garlic Salt to taste

Cook Orzo in boiling water according to the
directions on the pasta box

Drain Pasta, add butter, Parmesan cheese, and
garlic salt to taste.
