Easy Panko-Crusted Shrimp paired with Parmesan Garlic Orzo



 Ingredients- Serves 4

Panko-Crusted Shrimp
¾ c. Milk (or almond milk)
1 egg
½ tsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp.  Garlic Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
24 uncooked shrimp
Breadcrumbs
Panko Breadcrumbs
Olive Oil

-       Mix milk, egg, chili powder, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl
-       Cover shrimp in breadcrumbs, dip into the liquid mixture, and then cover shrimp in panko breadcrumbs
-       Cover saucepan surface with a thick layer of olive oil
-       Cook shrimp on one side until golden brown, flip and cook the other side the same


Parmesan Garlic Orzo
2 cups of orzo
4 tbsp. of butter
4 tsp. of Parmesan cheese
Garlic Salt to taste

-       Cook Orzo in boiling water according to the directions on the pasta box
-       Drain Pasta, add butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt to taste.
-       Plate pasta and top with panko-crusted shrimp, and don’t forget to add a veggie of your choice on the side!
