Simple Haddock Fish Tacos for two

The Slaw
1 c. Light Sour Cream
Lime Zest of 1 lime
Lime juice of 1/2 lime
1 chopped Jalapeño
1/4 c. Finely chopped cilantro
3/4 c. Of chopped Red cabbage
Garlic salt, Pepper, and chile powder to taste

The Shell
3 hard shell tacos
3 soft taco tortilla
1/2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese

The Goods (Fish)
1/2 lb of haddock
2 tbsp. Olive oil or butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
Garlic salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste

What to Do:
- Combine all ingredients for the slaw in a bowl and set to the side.
- Lay soft shell tacos on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese, lay hard taco on its side on one side of the soft tacos, broil on high for 4 minutes.
- While the shells are cooking, cook the haddock in a sauce pan in Olive oil or butter, lemon juice, Garlic salt, pepper, and chili powder (Heat =Medium). Flip once and cook until the center of the fish is completely white and flaky.

Assembly Time!
- Fold Soft taco around the hard taco (Think- Taco Bell's Cheesy Gordita Crunch!)
- Fill shells with haddock
- Add the slaw
- You can also top with guacamole and chopped tomatoes!
